The greatest event of all time is the Passion of Christ. It is the message that has touched more lives than any other message. Has it touched your life? Have you caught the passion for His Passion? BOBBY WOOD was born and raised in Glasgow, Kentucky. He was saved and baptized at the age of fourteen. The Lord called Bobby into the ministry on December 7, 1987. Bobby is the present pastor of Edmonton Worship Center in Edmonton, Kentucky.
Bobby believes that the present hour is a marvelous time for the Church to rise up and make a difference in their generation. Bobby not only understands that the “last days” are perilous times, but also powerful times for ministry because they are the days of the outpoured Spirit and the open Bible.
Bobby believes the Bible will always be relevant to all generations. “I am thankful for Psalm 100:5 that promises that God’s truth will endure to all generations,” he says. “That promise should encourage the people of God to hand the baton of truth to our children and our grandchildren.”
Bobby’s desire is to do his part and place in the hands of the servants of the Lord a simple tool that would assist them in understanding, enjoying, and ministering the wonders of the Word of God.
Bobby and his wife, Daphne, are Kentucky natives. They presently reside in Glasgow, Kentucky.
This is a must read for anyone wanting to feel just a portion of the Passion that Jesus has for us. We are presently using this book at our Bible Study and it has been amazing all the insight this book has given us. Filled with scripture and obviously written by someone that has a true heart for the Lord. I can not think of a more beautiful gift for a friend.
