Chapter 1. Redemption
The focus in Genesis chapter three is not the problems, but the remedy. The focus here is not the conditions, but God’s plan to restore paradise and redemption. Therefore, there is a hope in the midst of misery.

Job never lost his sense of hope although he faced tremendous suffering when he was in a seemingly hopeless situation. It was because he believed in the providential will of God and trusted the Lord completely.

If you capture the big picture of God, the mysterious and amazing guide, and providence, you can say that you/it that almost could destroy my life causes me to become a successful person and the best situation now and you will be able to forgive those who caused your trouble just like Joseph.

In these days of economic crisis when people lose their houses, job, remember our loving God fights for you and turn your crisis into a blessing, protection for you.
That was the confidence of Paul when he was out of strength. Paul expressed his confidence of the victory in any circumstances in his letter to the Rome, “What then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all- how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things. (Romans 8:31-32)
“No, in these entire thing we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8: 37-39)

Hope is the ability to see the positive future even in time of darkness. It reconstructs our life even after failure, moves us beyond our iniquity toward the maturity and success, most of all, it gives us the vital energy to overcome life’s disappointments and frustration and we can rejoice even when we fail and feel the unfairness of the life.

Hope is in the future, yet it makes you to have it now as a real. With the hope and grip it as a real thing, you could wait happily and patiently. It leads you to overcome the frustration and get success and have a joy of harvest eventually. You will be the person who laughs on the last.
1st Kings 18:41-46 is the excellent sacred story of the hope.
The prayer of faith: 1 Kings 18:41-46, James 5: 17-18
‘Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crop.’ (James 5: 17-18)
Attempt three times for the try again is not easy as it seems. A Few! Fail once and the second time fail again, many will give it up. There still are a few who try the third time and experience the victory and the joy of success.
But here Elijah tried seven times. Nothing happened for six times, now on the seventh time, there was a little sign! In the seventh time, the Lord showed a sign of heavy rain; a small size as small as man’s hand.
Who would get hope that that little cloud will bring rain that quench the thirstiness of the people who suffered in the drought of 3 ½ years?
We the believers of the God are who could see the gracious abundant rains from the small sign, clouds as small as the size of the hand on the sky.
Do not say that there is nothing, just say that I could not see yet, but it will be there.
You should see the hope even from the small clouds and try seven times.
Trust and believe that God would pour the gracious rain to you and bless you abundantly even in time when you do see a very small sign as small as the clouds of man’s hand size.
God’s blessing is stored in heaven.
Galatians 6: 9 says “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
In his time, you will harvest and experience the joy of the harvest and your life will be fruitful. God will definitely bless you.
