The God’s View of You Student Workbook is designed for use in small group studies.  It helps women put into practice the biblical concepts found in Colleen Mehrer’s book, God’s View of You: Biblical Worth for Women.

In the safe and supportive environment of a small group study, women discover that others share their same struggles.  They learn to recognize and change the negative thinking that keeps them stuck in self-criticism and destructive behaviors. Through exercises, thoughtful questions, Bible study, and activities, they open themselves to new possibilities, new insights—to the way God sees them.

This workbook provides a private space for students to explore their own feelings, experiences, and self-image, and to gain a greater understanding of what it means to let God define their worth. Women from eighteen to eighty have found this book to be valuable resource on their journey.
