Echoes Out of My Heart is inspirational poetry on a wide variety of subjects, including poems about Martin Luther King, Jr. (A Man on a Mission), Adrian T. Westney, J. Glen Roberts, nature, love, animals, spirituality, the awesome power of prayer, God’s guiding hand, and glimpses of heaven.

Take a journey into Echoes Out of My Heart. For peace of mind, one can look down at a garden of tranquil clouds, see land, seawater, and sand; feel the passion in a mother’s love; understand why we all live in an old clay house and yet have aspirations to fly; while remembering those who gave you wings to soar and tell the greatest story ever told. In the mind’s eye on a tropical island, you will see a live dinosaur rushing out of the sea; smell the fragrance of a variety of tropical spices, then experience a tropical sunset, the constellation of a starry night, the magnificence of a tropical moon; and the forces of nature in volcanic lava and know that God cares.

By Sadie Campagnone

Do you realize how extraordinary God is? Do you want to be more like Jesus? Are you growing in your Christian walk?

What Did You Say, God? chronicles the Christian walk of author Sadie Campagnone, highlighting her highs, lows, and praises. She presents a realistic and genuine view of the allowable intervention of God’s will into our everyday journey, His immeasurable love for each of us, and His consistent desire to intervene in the details of our personal lives. She also defines Jehovah’s unfathomable forgiving grace and His constant presence through the Holy Spirit.

We can know God intimately through the Holy Scriptures, and it is so important to be attuned to that still small voice inside of us that dictates peace. It is an individual choice. Obedience reaps blessing. Disobedience reaps chastisement.

What Did You Say, God? addresses battles of the flesh that constantly wear against the spirit. Full of divinely inspired poetry and prose, penned through some of the spiritual highs and lows of Campagnone’s ordinary life, this compilation is chronologically autobiographical, although each chapter subject is independent. The themes can be used as single subject devotionals or as Bible Study reference material.

Be inspired in your walk with God and know that He is the author of new beginnings.

By Royce W. Wilkerson

Poet Royce Wilkerson’s philosophy on poetry is that it should be accessible—understood and enjoyed by everyone. In Sense and Nonsense, his new collection of verses that cover a wide range of subject matter, he has included many explanations for his various poems.

True to the title of the work, there is sense about everyday life and nonsense that pokes fun at our daily lives. Find humor and practical living in poems that address topics such as searching for words to express your love for that special person or discovering how life can change with just a simple wink.

Wilkerson also offers encouragement for your daily walk with Christ, exploring faith, honor, and duty; choices at the fork in the road; and the place to which one-step-at-a-time leads. The nonsense side of life is fully examined by his charming poems on the exasperating foibles of Old Men.  Sense and Nonsense is a poetry collection that has something for everyone.

Old Men and Their Naps

For Old Men, few are the joys that remain,

Except that sacred one they now obtain.

They receive, as these golden years unwrap,

That privileged birthright—their daily nap.

The truth regarding Old Men and their naps:

They get still, and into a coma they lapse.

Impossible to wake, though his wife tries;

You can’t wake someone just resting his eyes.

At night, he often complains he can’t sleep

And spends many restless hours counting sheep.

This results in a mid-morning collapse,

For which the best cure, of course, is more naps.

By Mary W. Johnson

“In Him”, titled after the exciting revelation in John 17:20-23 that we can be “in Him,” presents an inspiring collection of heartfelt poetry written by Mary Johnson at age ninety. Between the ages of eighty and ninety, she wrote three books, covering them lovingly with wallpaper, so she could give them freely to everyone. “In Him” is the last of her three books, though the first to be published in Mary’s memory by her children. “Praising Him” will be published soon, then “Just Meditating”.

Mary’s poetry shares her personal relationship with her Savior. Some poems simply give praise to the Lord. Many poems speak of Jesus’ cruel death on the cross. She told of looking forward to heaven and of being sure you are going there. She gave glory to God who created man and our miraculous bodies. She examines prophecies regarding the end times, always pointing to the Bible and Jesus’ example for our lives.

Her lifetime of Bible study and love of the Scripture is evident in her poetry. Through this knowledge, she referenced her poetry to the passage that inspired it. Mary’s faith and dedication to her Savior was demonstrated through her life of service and giving to others. Her life was an inspiration to her family, her numerous church friends and her community. Her family is blessed to be able to share their mother’s gift of poetry with you.
