PRAISING HIM, presents an inspiring collection of heartfelt poetry written by Mary Johnson at eighty-nine. Between the ages of eighty and ninety, she wrote three books, covering them lovingly with wallpaper, so she could give them freely to everyone. “In Him”, was the first book to be published in 2012. “Praising Him” was written in 2003 and was her 2nd book. “Just Meditating”,will be published soon. Mary’s poetry shares her personal relationship with her Savior. Some poems simply give praise to the Lord; others tell touching stories. Many poems speak of Jesus’ cruel death on the cross. She told of looking forward to heaven and of being sure you are going there. She gave glory to God who created man and our miraculous bodies. You can’t wake someone just resting his eyes.
