If you are overweight, beaten down, or just tired from a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating, then this program is for you.
This is a twelve week jump start to the Life of Intensity that God intended for us to live. The program can be done in a group setting as a church life class, in gyms, in homes, community centers, etc. The program can also be done on an individual basis.
